Activities of the Laboratory Unit:

Measurable Elements by the Efforts Laboratory:
Cu, CuO, Fe, FeO, Au, Ag, Mn, Pb, PbO, Zn, ZnO, S, Ca, CaF2, F

All the mentioned elements are tested according to established laboratory procedures, with the accuracy and validity of the results being the responsibility of the unit supervisor.

• Receiving and Analyzing Samples: The laboratory receives factory samples from each shift and performs analyses on copper (Cu), copper oxide (CuO), iron (Fe), and conducts sieve analysis for each sample, including particle size distribution and moisture content of the feed material. The results are then reported to the production unit.
• Moisture Content Analysis: Determining the moisture content of samples sent from the filter press and reporting the findings to the relevant unit.
• Sampling from Loaded Trucks: Conducting quality control checks on loaded trucks by taking samples, followed by daily reporting.
• Exploration Sample Analysis: Monthly, approximately 3,000 to 4,000 meters of exploration core samples are delivered to the laboratory, where each sample undergoes iron (Fe), copper (Cu), and copper oxide (CuO) analysis. The reports are then documented in the portal.

• Drilling Sample Analysis: Daily analysis of 50 to 100 drilling samples from blasting operations, with the results recorded in the portal.
• Fluorine Sample Analysis: Analyzing fluorine samples from the factory and reporting the results to the production unit.
• External Sample Analysis: Approximately 5,000 to 6,000 external samples are processed monthly, and the results are presented in report form.
• Monthly Analysis Volume: The laboratory conducts approximately 15,000 to 18,000 analyses per month.
